Founded in 1967 as Consolidated Stores and headquartered in Columbus, Big Lots is in its last weekend of sales, offering deep discounts on all remaining inventory. As the company struggles under $3.1 billion in debt following its bankruptcy filing in September, they have been forced to close locations across the country, with Ohio seeing eight stores permanently shut their doors.
