
Deadly Shooting in North Columbus: One Killed, Another Injured Early Sunday Morning
Columbus, Ohio – A deadly shooting in North Columbus early Sunday morning has left one person dead and another injured, according to the Columbus Division of Police.
Police responded to the 5300 block of Roche Place near Sinclair Road just before 4 a.m. after receiving a report of a shooting. A Lyft driver called 911 saying he and his passenger had been shot and sought help by pulling into a Sheetz gas station located in the 900 block of East Dublin-Granville Road.
Both victims were transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital. One was pronounced dead, and the other is in stable condition.
At this time, authorities have not released any information about the suspect or what may have led to the incident. The investigation into the deadly shooting in North Columbus remains ongoing.
