The Westerville Area Chamber Music and Arts Festival 2026

The 52nd Annual Westerville Area Chamber Music and Arts Festival is drawing crowds this weekend, celebrating Central Ohioโ€™s thriving arts community with hundreds of artists, live performances and family-friendly activities.

Visitors spent Saturday exploring a wide variety of handcrafted works, including ceramics, woodworking, metal art and paintings, while meeting local artists and learning about their creative processes.

“We are walking around enjoying all of the art, talking with the artists and learning how some of the pieces are made,” festival attendee Niya Lee said while attending the event with her family.

Her sister, Willow Lee, said the festival has inspired her own artistic ambitions.

“I love arts and crafts, and I have always wanted to start a business. Maybe one day I will have my own booth here,” she said.

Festival Generates Major Boost for Westerville Economy

According to the Westerville Area Chamber, the annual festival contributes an estimated $1 million to the local economy each year by attracting thousands of visitors to the city.

Communications and Community Outreach Director Stacey Rusterholz said the event aligns with the chamber’s mission to strengthen both local businesses and the broader community.

“When visitors come to Westerville, they support our restaurants, shops and businesses, creating a significant economic impact,” Rusterholz said.

Organizers also noted the festival helps fill local hotels with artists, vendors and visitors who often spend additional time exploring Uptown Westerville and dining at area restaurants.

More Than 125 Artists and 30 Live Performances

This year’s festival features 125 exhibitors and 30 live musical performances, with approximately 75% of participating artists coming from Central Ohio.

Among them is Westerville native Brittany Harris, a ceramic artist known for colorful, playful designs featuring strawberries, pickles and other bold patterns under her brand, Earth and Ember Ceramics.

Harris said events like the Westerville Arts Festival provide valuable opportunities to connect with customers and introduce her work to new audiences.

“What motivates me most is seeing people’s reactions,” Harris said. “I have returning customers, and it’s exciting to watch people discover something they love while I am doing what I enjoy.”

Festival Continues Sunday

Residents and visitors who missed Saturday’s festivities still have an opportunity to attend. The Westerville Area Chamber Music and Arts Festival continues Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering another day of local artwork, live entertainment and activities for all ages.
