Two central Ohio culinary concepts are joining forces to introduce a temporary dining experience at Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus, Ohio. Flour Modern Pasta Bar and food truck Fetty’s Street Food have partnered to launch a pop-up eatery called Flour + Fetty’s.

The pop-up will operate at Flour Modern Pasta Bar’s venue at 1540 Polaris Parkway from mid-October to the end of January. Flour Modern Pasta Bar’s regular menu will not be served for the duration of the collaborative project.

The menu combines homemade pasta with Thai and Southeast Asian culinary influences. Planned dishes include red curry with kanom jeen noodles, beef rendang pappardelle, Szechuan cacio e pepe with chili crisp, Thai poutine tater tots with massaman curry, ricotta gnocchi with black pepper tofu sauce, and butter chicken. The dessert selection features a Thai tea tres leches and a mango sticky rice sundae, with rotating specials planned throughout the run.

Flour Modern Pasta Bar was launched in 2024 by owner and executive chef Yash Kishinchand. Fetty’s Street Food was founded in 2016 by chef Damian Ettish, specializing in South African, Thai, and Indian street food items.

The project marks another joint effort between the two chefs, who previously held collaborative dinners at Rooh in 2021 and 2023.

“Flour started with pasta, but I’ve never wanted it to be limited to one thing,” Kishinchand said in a statement. “Noodles exist in almost every culture, and there are so many interesting connections between the food I grew up eating, the techniques I’ve learned throughout my career, and the people I’ve met. Working with Fetty’s gives us the opportunity to really explore that and do something exciting in this space.”
