Shoppers in Columbus, Ohio, will soon be able to purchase Homage-branded apparel at area thrift locations through a new retail partnership.

Beginning Friday at 9 a.m., all Goodwill Columbus stores will offer apparel from the Ohio-based clothing brand. The merchandise primarily includes customer returns and aged inventory stemming from a consolidation of Homage’s stock after a recent warehouse relocation. The arrival of the items coincides with the start of the football season, giving local consumers access to sports gear.

Homage Chief Executive Officer Ryan Vesler explained that the brand’s growth strategy has shifted toward online retail, licensing partnerships, team stores, and wholesale accounts. As part of this transition, Homage closed its physical store in the Short North neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, in March. Vesler said providing these items to Goodwill Columbus allows the company to put its apparel directly into the hands of local residents.

Goodwill Columbus President and Chief Executive Officer Ryan Burgess highlighted the community value of the effort.

“Together, we’re giving shoppers access to an amazing brand and an easy way to support their community,” Burgess said.
