Dublin, Ohio – A candlelight vigil will be held this Sunday evening at Coffman Park Pavilion in Dublin, Ohio, to honor the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA, who was tragically shot and killed at a speaking event in Utah on September 10.

Organized by the Ohio College Republican Federation, the event invites community members, students, and supporters to gather at 6:45 p.m., with the official program beginning at 7:15 p.m. The Federation, which promotes educational and professional development for Republican students in Ohio, announced the vigil via social media on September 11.

Candles will be provided to participants, though guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs for seating. Guest speakers are expected but have not yet been announced.

Law enforcement reported on September 12 that the suspected gunman, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, had been taken into custody after allegedly confessing involvement to a family member.

This event serves as a moment of reflection for many in the conservative and student communities across Ohio.
